Anne-Marie Duff, an English actress who also narrates stories is a highly talented actress. Duff's first television appearance came during the latter part of 1990, after she completed her studies at Drama Centre London. Anne-Marie Duff is a Britsih actress who was born on October 8, 1970 in Chiswick, London, United Kingdom. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is an English stage and screen actress. Her first fame was in the role of Fiona Gallagher during the UK's Shameless series. The Virgin Queen (2006), she played the role of Queen Elizabeth II. The 2015 show From Darkness featured her as the main character. Duff had roles such as Enigma 2001 The Magdalene Sisters French Film 2008 The Last Station Nowhere Boy Before I fall asleep (2015) as well as Suffragette. The actress was nominated for BAFTA Awards in Best Actress, Best Supporting Actress, and Best Actress in Shameless The Virgin Queen. In addition to that she received the BAFTA Cymru Award in Best Actress in 2007 for her performance in the television film The History of Mr Polly.
